The final video for my Junk Journal from Start to Finish

 Hi there

This is the last video in my Junk Journal from Start to Finish series.

I have given this journal away to the winner of my 2000 YouTube

Subscriber Give Away, it is winging it's way to Peach in the USA as we speak.

I stocked the paper bag into my signature and then covered it with wallpaper

to give it strength

I bought the wallpaper at a local op-shop.

I have used an assortment of papers and embellishments to decorate the pockets the bag creates.

Double Pocket Folio using Denise Boddey Papers

 Good morning

Today I am sharing a couple of two pocket folio I have created using 

Denise Boddey Design papers.

One has a die cut front and the other is trimmed with lace.

I have used two papers from the Cogs of Time paper range for these folios.

For one I used Time Warp

and for the other I used Overcast

Each of the folios have two pockets inside and have machine stitching around 

the folio and pockets.

I have used fussy cut images from several of Denise's paper collections to embellish this folio

along with some lace and glossy accents

The front section of the folio was die cut using the Deco Half Circle die

I have stamped, heat embossed and die cut the flower to embellish this folio using the 

Primrose Stamp & Die set

Layered Tags

 Good morning

Today I am sharing how I made some multi layered tags

using Uniquely Creative's Juniper & Sage paper collect

that I received in my Creative Design Team kit from Paper Inspirations

As you can see I made 8 tags in total

I used Uniquely Creative's Tags, Tops and Tails die to cut them out.

The four smaller tags fit into the pockets I created on the larger tags

CD Envelope Pocket with Notebook Folio

 Hi there

A quick share today to show you a pocket and folio I made for my current journal

I have used a CD envelope for the pocket

and have created a notebook in a trifold folio to put in the pocket

I have used Uniquely Creative's Juniper & Sage paper

that I received in my June DT kit from Paper Inspirations

I love the colour of these papers.

Front cover for Junk Journal

 Good afternoon

Today I want to share the video that shows how I 

finished the front cover of my journal

There was not much involved in this as the cluster I made previously

covers most of the journal.

I have stitched around the cluster with my sewing machine, added part of a crochet doily

and some book corners and a handmade dangle to the spine to complete the cover.

Cluster for the Front Cover of my Journal

It's late afternoon here and today has gotten away from me.

I am sharing the cluster I created for the front cover of my journal today.

I have to say I am pretty happy with how this turned out.

June Journal for Paper Inspirations

 Good afternoon

It's a great day here in Adelaide and I have been out and about this morning.

I have a new journal to share with you today.

I am using the Uniquely Creative Juniper & Sage paper collection

that I received in my DT package from Paper Inspirations.

I love this collection, the green in it is beautiful.

I have started with page 1 & 2

This is going to be 12 page journal plus the cover.

Folio for CJJ1

 Good morning

This embellishment for my current junk journal was created using an

Invitation Folder that I purchased from Kmart for the base.

I have sewn the folio into my signature when I created the journal.

Unfortunately I stitched it in upside down but luckily it still works.
