Kaisercraft Exchange

I am here today to share with you the items I am sending to the person I got in the Kaisercraft Exchange draw for September. We had until 30th September to send a parcel of some handmade paper crafts to the person we got in the draw. Today I posted my parcel to Ros Watson.
I made 4 cards for her and I hope she likes them and can use them.

This photo shows all four of them

A bit of a closer look

This is the female birthday card. I have used paper pleating with the floral paper, embossing on the top panel. the bottom background panel and the velum butterfly.

This christmas card has the centre section of the front panel cut away so that the christmas trees hold the top and bottom panels together. I saw this idea on Pinterest and just loved it. The top and bottom panels are covered with some wrapping mesh and the baubles on the trees are covered with Kindy Klitz.

This male birthday card includes some die cuts, washi tape, stamped and embossed shapes that have then been hand cut. There are lots of layers and some foam tape.

This child's birthday card is a shaker card. I have stamped and heat embossed the birthday sentiment on a piece of green cardstock to use as the back of the shaker section then filled the shaker with foil stars. The bird embellishment has been hand cut from the pattern paper

Grandparents Day Layout

 Hi there,

A quick post tonight to show you two layouts.

This first one I completed recently as I wanted to repeat the background I used on my Sassy layout using Mists and Gladwrap. Just love the effect this gives.

Each year Charli's school has Grand Parents and Special Friends Day when we get to go to her classroom and see what she has been doing at school. Each child shows their grandparents through their work and what they have on display around the classroom.

This layout I did some time ago but forgot to share it. On the background I have stamped and clear heat embossed a christmas tree and then sprayed with Glimmer Mist. The christmas tree on the side of the photo is a sticker that comes with stick on decorations. I have had it in my stash for so long and wanted to use it. A piece of glimmer mesh tied around the bottom of the photo gives a nice bit of dimention to an otherwise simple layout.
